Our coffee comes from Catholic family farms high in the mountains of Nicaragua, where the cherries ripen slowly at altitude and are picked by hand at their peak. We buy directly from the families who grow it and pay them fairly — so the first people your cup supports are the ones who planted it.

100% of Knights Coffee profits go to the Seminarian in Need fund in the diocese where your order is placed. That fund covers the ordinary things that keep a man in formation — tuition gaps, books, a car repair, a plane ticket home. You choose the diocese at checkout; we send the money.

Seminarians give up a paycheck to answer a call. When the tires wear out, the phone dies, or a laptop fails the week before exams, the money usually isn’t there. Your coffee covers exactly that: the small, unglamorous needs that keep a man focused on his formation instead of on making rent.

O God, Father of all mercies, provider of a bountiful harvest, send Your graces upon those You have called to gather the fruits of Your labor; preserve and strengthen them in their lifelong service of You. Open the hearts of Your children that they may discern Your holy will; inspire in them a love and desire to surrender themselves to serving others in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Teach all Your faithful to follow their respective paths in life guided by Your divine Word and truth. Through the intercession of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, all the angels, and saints, humbly hear our prayers and grant Your Church’s needs, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
